Synopsis: “American Man” is an original theater piece written and performed by Bryan Staggers which debuted at the August 2023 Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. The production involves Staggers' original music and script that explores the nature and meaning of modern masculinity in America.
Bryan Staggers is an LA-based actor, writer, and musician. He has performed on stage and screen across the country in plays, musicals, films, and commercials. Recently, he completed an MA in Creative Media Practice from the University of the West of Scotland. He also holds an MA in Appalachian Studies from Shepherd University and a BFA in Acting from West Virginia University. American Man is Bryan’s first one-man show, which premiered at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Douglas Gabrielle has been designing lights and acting for more than three decades, primarily in San Diego and Los Angeles. His L.A.
